Nicholas Cheng

Nicholas Cheng is a Food Science Major and Chemistry Minor graduate from the University of California, Davis, originally from Irvine, California. Nicholas is fascinated by topics such as precision nutrition and hope to study the molecular mechanisms behind how nutrients and diet can modulate human health and disease. Nicholas has experience utilizing HPLC- Mass Spectrometry methods for proteomics as well as quantifying nutrients and metabolites within foods.
